RECLAIM YOUR FAMILY. REALIGN WITH YOUR VALUES. PROTECT THE NEXT GENERATION.
A values-driven program inspired by the Sikh commitment to unity, service, and spiritual strength — NeuroShield aims to strengthen families, nurture conscious parenting, and protect the next generation from the psychological and moral erosion of modern society.
WHY THIS STUDY MATTERS
NeuroShield is more than a program—it’s a shared path forward.
Created by a collective of Sikh educators, researchers, family mentors, and child development specialists—including former consultants to global tech and media organizations—NeuroShield empowers families who live with intention, grounded in Gurmat (the teachings of the Gurus), and committed to spiritual growth, resilience, and legacy in a changing world.

They saw firsthand how corporate giants manipulate attention and profits at the expense of your well-being. Now, these experts have united to flip the script—and invite you to do the same.
In a world where families are breaking down, children are overwhelmed by screens and secular values, and marriages are under silent attack, it’s time to take a stand. Together with their spouse, participants embark on a 5-month journey of growth and connection—rooted in Sikh principles of unity, service, and self-mastery, and enriched by neuroscience-based tools.

The goal:
To help restore connection, reshape the culture of the home, and reclaim our children’s hearts and minds.
You will be able to think for yourself without being emotionally manipulated by the media and identity politics.
WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAM DIFFERENT

Rooted in Sikh Wisdom:
Each weekly practice is inspired by Sikh teachings—encouraging families to grow in unity, reflect on timeless values, and stay connected to the Divine through daily living and shared purpose.

Mission-Driven Research:
Your participation goes beyond your own home—it helps build knowledge and stories that preserve Sikh family values, protect parental roles, and influence future policies with wisdom and integrity.

Supported Participation:
Families commit through a reimbursable deposit structure and receive monthly stipends for active participation. This support is offered as a gesture of respect for your time and discipline—not as a condition for your beliefs.
The program is funded by a private endowment dedicated to empowering Sikh families and preserving core values across generations.

Built for Real Change:
Weekly practices include spiritually rooted reflections, tech-free evenings, couple check-ins, parent-child rituals, and more—designed to help you live your values, not just talk about them.
THE CHALLENGE STRUCTURE
To keep the experience focused, practical, and measurable, the program follows a weekly challenge format designed to turn conviction into action.
Each family receives:
Weekly challenges rooted in Sikh values and neuroscience—such as screen-free evenings (Sehaj time), dedicated 1-on-1 moments with your child, and shared spiritual reflection with your spouse.
Points System that tracks your consistency and effort—not perfection
Progress Milestones that unlock monthly stipends and reimbursements
Leaderboards (optional) to encourage friendly motivation and shared victories among like-minded families
NAAM + SEVA = REAL TRANSFORMATION
The challenge format isn’t about performance—it’s about commitment and intention. We honor consistency, not competition. These weekly practices are designed to align your daily life with Sikh principles—and gradually reshape both habits and inner discipline.
WHO’S BEHIND THIS?
An independent endowment fuels this mission, ensuring no hidden agendas or external corporate strings.
We reward you for taking part, not the other way around. Prizes are backed by an independent endowment. We have no corporate sponsors or hidden interests—our allegiance is to families who "want to break free"
